BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT has a customer-oriented organization that, thanks to the contribution of employees and consultants, directs and manages the operational activities, in particular our organization provides:

  • a General Director in charge and control of activities at commercial and operational, in his work is supported by various bodies to staff, namely:
  • a Scientific Ethics Committee, appointed at the research and training
  • a Technical Industrial Committee, in charge of addressing production activities
  • a Quality & Environment staff
  • an Administration staff
  • the Organizing Secretariat.

Two Technical Managers, one in charge of Training Services and one for Energy Business development and related technologies, preside over all operational activities, organized by project and assigned to a responsible person named Service Manager.
